Pedro Fresco

Pedro Fresco is the General Director of the Asociación Valenciana del Sector de la Energía and a former General Director of Ecological Transition in Valencia. He has been vocal in discussing the implications of renewable energy on the electric grid, especially in the wake of a recent massive blackout in Spain, arguing that the fall of a large photovoltaic plant alone should not be blamed for such systemic failures.
