Pedro Pérez Muñoz

Pedro Pérez Muñoz was a Spanish colonial writer and political figure known for his vehement defense of royalist ideals in the face of independence movements in Spanish America. He notably accused Eugenio Espejo of being a key instigator of revolutionary activities in Ecuador during the early 19th century.
