Pek

Pek is a 21-year-old artilleryman from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), currently a prisoner of war in Ukraine. He served in units of the General Intelligence Directorate of the North Korean army and participated in combat operations where he witnessed the devastating impact of Ukrainian drone attacks, particularly the kamikaze drones known as 'Baba Yaga.' His experiences highlight the challenges faced by North Korean soldiers on the battlefield, including inadequate support from Russian commanders and significant losses due to advanced Ukrainian military technology.
