Pelumi Onifade

Pelumi Onifade was a 20-year-old intern with Gboah TV who became a victim of police violence during the #EndSARS protests in Nigeria. He was tragically shot while covering a demonstration against police brutality in Lagos State on October 24, 2020. His disappearance sparked a lengthy struggle for justice by his family, particularly his mother, who has fought tirelessly for the return of his body for a proper burial.
