Penetana Carter-Smith is a rugby player originally from New Zealand, currently representing Hong Kong China. He has an extensive rugby background, having played for various teams including Hastings Boys’ High School, Auckland's Grammar Tech, and North Harbour. After moving to Portugal during the COVID-19 pandemic, he returned to New Zealand before settling in Hong Kong, where he has achieved significant success in the local rugby scene. He is now set to compete in the Rugby World Cup, reflecting on his journey from aspiring to play for the All Blacks to potentially facing them on the international stage.
