Per Andersen

Per Andersen was a celebrated Norwegian neurobiologist whose research contributed significantly to the understanding of memory and learning mechanisms in the brain. His innovative experiments in the 1960s and 1970s laid the groundwork for future studies on synaptic plasticity, particularly influencing the work of his former students and collaborators, including Tim Bliss and Terje Lømo.
