Percy Levy

Percy Levy, a 54-year-old Washington man, was recently arrested on multiple drug and weapons charges, years after being granted clemency by former Governor Jay Inslee in 2019. Levy has a long criminal history but dedicated himself to criminal justice reform after his release, working as a community outreach specialist and founding a car dealership while also serving as treasurer for the Black Lives Matter Seattle-King County chapter.
