Pero Rakčević

Pero Rakčević, a 55-year-old from Podgorica, was recently in the news for being arrested for drug trafficking, specifically for attempting to transport 174 grams of heroin. He was apprehended after a traffic violation led police to discover the drugs concealed by his wife in her bra. During questioning, Rakčević claimed that his wife was unaware of the illegal substance and that he had misled her about the purpose of their trip to Berane, where he intended to collect the drugs.
