Peter Serunye

Advocate Peter Serunye is a deputy director of public prosecutions at the Independent Directorate Against Corruption (Idac) in South Africa. He recently testified before the Madlanga Commission, expressing concerns that he and other senior prosecutors were sidelined by former Idac head Andrea Johnson during the prosecution of Crime Intelligence officers, which he believed compromised the integrity of the case.
