Petit-Phar Exechiel is among the four educators abducted on August 3, 2026, in Lacroix-Périsse, Haiti, as they made their way to Gonaïves for academic responsibilities. His kidnapping has sparked outrage and demands for his safe return from the Association nationale des normaliens indépendants d'Haïti (ANNIH).
