Petras Repšys

Petras Repšys is a distinguished Lithuanian artist and illustrator, renowned for his long-standing friendship with poet Sigitas Geda. Their collaboration spanned over four decades, during which Repšys created numerous illustrations for Geda's poetry. He is also recognized for his contributions to various artistic mediums, including medals and graphics. Recently, Repšys has been in the news for unveiling the Užupis obelisk, dedicated to Geda, celebrating the poet's impact on Lithuanian literature and culture.
