Petro Volokov

Petro Volokov is a temporary chargé d'affaires at the Russian embassy, who was summoned by the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry to address the recent raids on Azerbaijani residences in Yekaterinburg, which resulted in the deaths of two Azerbaijani nationals and the arrest of several others.
