Petru Carp

Petru Carp is a former employee of the Municipal Enterprise 'Asociația de gospodărire a Spațiilor Verzi' in Chișinău, who was convicted for involuntary manslaughter due to negligence in maintaining public green spaces. He was held responsible for the death of a child caused by a falling branch from a tree in a public park, resulting in a one-year prison sentence, which was conditionally suspended for two years.
