Peyton Leutner

Peyton Leutner is a survivor of a high-profile stabbing incident that occurred in 2014 when she was just 12 years old. She was attacked by her classmates Morgan Geyser and Anissa Weier, who sought to impress the fictional internet character Slender Man. Leutner was stabbed 19 times but managed to crawl out of the woods to seek help, ultimately surviving the attack.
