Phaidon Karaiosifidis

Phaidon Karaiosifidis is an aeronautical engineer and a member of the Independent Expert Investigation Committee for the families of victims of the Tempi train disaster. He has previously provided expert testimony in court regarding aviation accidents and advocated for an investigation approach modeled after aviation safety protocols. He expressed concerns about the lack of safety culture in the Greek railway system.
