Phakphum Decharoensilp

Phakphum Decharoensilp is a Thai police officer serving as the Chief of Police at the Ban Ped Police Station in Khon Kaen, Thailand. He was recently in the news for leading the investigation and subsequent arrest of a 60-year-old Dutch man who attempted to steal an ATM in a dramatic fashion reminiscent of a movie scene.
