Pham Kieu Da

Pham Kieu Da, born in 1945, is a former soldier of the Vietnam People's Army and a key figure during the Vietnam War. He notably led the successful operation to capture the Da Nang City Hall on March 29, 1975, marking a significant moment in the liberation of Da Nang.
