Pham Lam Vu is a local boat owner in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, who was in the news recently due to a fire that broke out on his tourist boat, Phuong Vu 79, in the An Thoi area. The incident occurred on February 19, 2023, and fortunately, there were no casualties as the boat was unoccupied at the time. The fire caused significant damage, estimated at approximately 1.9 billion VND, and led to the sinking of the vessel.
