Phạm Tiến Đức is the General Director of Handico, a company involved in the development of social housing projects in Vietnam. Recently, he was in the news for overseeing the groundbreaking of the Thăng Long Green City social housing project in Đông Anh district, which aims to provide over 1,100 housing units to accommodate more than 3,900 people, with a commitment to complete the project by the fourth quarter of 2026.
