Pham Van Binh

Pham Van Binh, 33, was a worker from Long Dien who tragically lost his life while inspecting a manhole at Ngoc Ha Market in Phu My ward. He succumbed to toxic gas exposure after descending into the manhole, leading to a rescue attempt that ultimately claimed his life.
