Pham Vuong Bao

Pham Vuong Bao is the Deputy Director of the Public Transport Management Center in Ho Chi Minh City, known for his role in implementing public transport initiatives aimed at enhancing mobility for residents. He was recently in the news for announcing that all bus services in the city would be free on April 30th, 2025, as part of celebrations for the 50th anniversary of the reunification of Vietnam, in an effort to encourage public participation in the festivities and ensure convenient transportation amidst road restrictions.
