Phan Nguyen Chi

Phan Nguyen Chi was a member of a criminal gang that committed a series of violent robberies in China during the 1990s. He was apprehended following a brutal robbery in 1996, where several individuals were murdered, and was subsequently convicted alongside his gang for their roles in these crimes.
