Phan Văn Hiệp

Phan Văn Hiệp is a lecturer at Văn Hiến University, specializing in engineering and technology. He recently gained attention for his comments regarding the alleged plagiarism in a project by students from Nguyễn Siêu High School, which was accused of closely resembling a similar project by Indonesian engineer Samuel Alexander. Hiệp stated that the similarities in both the concept and implementation of the projects raise concerns about academic integrity and adherence to competition regulations.
