Phidias

Phidias was an ancient Greek sculptor, painter, and architect, renowned for his monumental sculptures and contributions to classical art. He is best known for creating the statue of Zeus at Olympia, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and for his work on the Parthenon in Athens, where he oversaw the construction of its iconic sculptures. His artistic legacy has profoundly influenced Western art.
