Phil Eyden

Phil Eyden is a volunteer with the Western Heights Preservation Society and the son of Christine Eyden, who was an extra in Peter Watkins' The War Game. Phil has dedicated his efforts to maintaining the historical Grand Shaft site in Dover, where much of the film was shot. He has shared insights into the filming process, including the creative methods used to simulate injuries for the dramatic portrayal of a nuclear disaster.
