Phil Simmonds

Phil Simmonds is a former Search and Rescue (SAR) Sergeant who recognized the need for better data collection regarding missing persons in New Zealand. His early efforts laid the groundwork for the development of a national missing persons map, which aims to provide closure for families of the missing.
