Phil Verster

Phil Verster is a Canadian transportation executive who previously served as the CEO of Metrolinx, Ontario's regional public transit agency, where he oversaw the development of various transit projects including the long-delayed Eglinton Crosstown LRT. Under his leadership, the agency faced significant challenges related to construction delays and operational issues, which ultimately led to his departure from the role in late 2022.
