Philémon Zoo Zame

Philémon Zoo Zame is the Director of the Agence de régulation des télécommunications (ART) in Cameroon. He is responsible for regulating and overseeing telecommunications operators in the country, ensuring compliance with laws and standards. Recently, he announced a significant penalty against major telecom companies Orange and MTN for failing to meet their obligations regarding network coverage and service quality, highlighting his commitment to protecting consumer rights and enhancing the telecommunications landscape in Cameroon.
