Philippe Mpay

General Philippe Mpay is the commander of schools and training centers in Cameroon, known for his leadership in military education and training. He was recently in the news after being involved in a traffic accident while on his way to Yaoundé Nsimalen International Airport, where he fortunately sustained only minor injuries.
