Philomina A. N. Woolley

Philomina A. N. Woolley is the Registrar of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing and regulating nursing and midwifery education in the country. She was recently in the news for welcoming the Director-General of GTEC, Professor Ahmed Jinapor, during his courtesy call to discuss accreditation for specialized training programs under the Mahama Care initiative.
