Phula Saren

Phula Saren is an 18-year-old all-rounder on India's blind women's cricket team, representing a tribal community in Odisha. She lost vision in her left eye at the age of five and discovered cricket through a teacher at a school for the blind. Despite initial challenges in convincing her family about her cricket aspirations, Phula found her place at the national level, realizing her sense of belonging in the sport.
