Phung Thanh Vinh

Phung Thanh Vinh is a prominent Vietnamese agricultural engineer and politician from Nghệ An province, recognized for his contributions to rural development and water management. Born in 1972, he has a master's degree in irrigation and has held key positions such as Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Nghệ An and Chairman of the Đô Lương District. On February 25, 2024, he was elected as Deputy Chairman of the Nghệ An Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
