Phuriphat, also known as 'Peem,' is the son of a local politician in Chumphon, Thailand. He has been implicated in illegal activities related to the sale of e-cigarettes, having previously faced charges for operating an unauthorized shop near a school. Recently, he was accused of hiring a Myanmar national to sell e-cigarettes, leading to a police investigation and subsequent arrest.
