Piedad Ochoa

Piedad Ochoa is the president of the National Association of Farmers of Honduras (ACAN), representing over 6,000 families across 14 departments. She has been vocal about the shortcomings of the Bono Tecnológico Productivo, claiming that it is not reaching the farmers who need it most and is being distributed based on political affiliations rather than agricultural need, thereby undermining food security.
