Pier Paolo Minguzzi was a 21-year-old Italian student and conscripted carabiniere who was kidnapped and tragically murdered in 1987. The son of a wealthy family with a background in fruit and vegetable entrepreneurship, Minguzzi's case became a notorious cold case in Italy, marked by allegations of police misconduct and a protracted legal battle that spanned decades.
