Pierre-Alain Fenoux

Pierre-Alain Fenoux is the head chef of Jano Bistro, a French-inspired fine dining restaurant in Wellington, New Zealand. Recently, he garnered significant attention after his restaurant received its first Michelin star, a prestigious recognition that he described as overwhelming and validating for his team and their 12 years of hard work. Having previously worked in Michelin-starred establishments before moving to New Zealand, Fenoux co-founded Jano Bistro with his partner Diana Goh in 2014, and the restaurant has since become a prominent culinary destination.
