Pierre Panduro Verástegui, known by the alias 'El Italiano', is a 30-year-old individual recently in the news for being sentenced to nine months of preventive detention in connection with the murder of Paul Flores, the lead vocalist of the popular band Armonía 10. His arrest occurred on May 8, 2023, while attempting to flee across the Peru-Bolivia border.
