Perugino was a mentor to the famous painter Raphael and is known for notable works such as the 'Delivery of the Keys to St. Peter' and numerous altarpieces, including the 'Pala dei Cinque Santi,' which is housed in the Galleria Nazionale dell'Umbria. His influence on the art world during the Renaissance was significant, and he played a crucial role in the evolution of religious imagery in Italy.
