Pilar Morales

Pilar Morales is the Head of the Office of the Council of Europe in Tunisia and the Coordinator of the Neighbourhood Policy with Southern Mediterranean countries. She is actively involved in promoting cooperation and partnership in areas concerning women's rights and children's welfare, as evidenced by her recent discussions with Tunisian Family Minister Asma Jebri about initiatives aimed at combating digital violence against women.
