Pius Lacan

Pius Lacan is an educator and businessman who has recently been elected as the president of the Westmoreland Justices of the Peace Association (WJPA). He aims to revitalize the role of justices of the peace in Westmoreland by bringing inactive members back into the organization and focusing on community safety, security, and development. Lacan plans to establish several subcommittees to enhance communication and address issues related to justice of the peace services, while also encouraging youth engagement in the justice system.
