Piyal Manari

Piyal Manari, a former local council member of the Sri Lanka People's Front, was recently brought before the Walasmulla Magistrate's Court alongside his brother, Sampath Manampere, in connection with an incident involving the possession of containers containing chemicals used for the production of ice narcotics.
