Plutarco Manzo

Plutarco Manzo is the son of Carlos Alberto Manzo Rodríguez, the mayor of Uruapan, Michoacán, who was tragically assassinated on November 1, 2025. Following his father's death, Plutarco became a focal point of public concern, as his family had received threats related to his father's outspoken stance against organized crime in the region.
