Policarpo Paz García
Policarpo Paz García was a Honduran general who played a significant role in the military regime during the late 1970s and was involved in the political climate that allowed for human rights violations, including the Los Horcones massacre in 1975. He later oversaw the pardoning of those convicted for their roles in the massacre.
