Polina Pitkevich

Polina Pitkevich, born in 1994, is a Belarusian journalist and former actress known for her work in cultural journalism and her passion for animal welfare. She graduated from the journalism faculty of Belarusian State University in 2016 and was involved in social theater in Minsk. Recently, she has been in the news due to her arrest and subsequent trial, where she faces charges related to her alleged participation in an extremist organization, following the KGB's classification of the Media IQ project as extremist.
