Pols Verlēns

Pols Verlēns was a prominent French poet associated with the Symbolist movement, known for his rich imagery and exploration of themes such as love, nature, and the human condition. His works have inspired many composers, including Ērika Ešenvalds, who set Verlēns' poetry to music in a new song cycle that will be premiered at a Christmas concert in Latvia.
