Pornanong Busarakul

Pornanong Busarakul is the Secretary-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC). She has been instrumental in overseeing Thailand's financial regulatory framework, ensuring market integrity, and protecting investors' interests. Recently, she was in the news for her proactive measures following the earthquake that struck Myanmar, which prompted her to implement the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to ensure the safety of personnel and accurate communication with investors.
