Precious Ihuruzu

Precious Ihuruzu is the Commander of the ONELGA Security Planning and Advisory Committee (OSPAC) in Ahoada East Local Government Area of Rivers State, Nigeria. He played a crucial role in the arrest of a pastor accused of defiling a 10-year-old girl by leading a local security operation in response to the incident.
