Prelja Ujkaj

Prelja Ujkaj is an activist and organizer from Tuzi, Montenegro, who has been vocal in the ongoing territorial disputes between Tuzi and the capital city of Podgorica. Recently, he organized protests against what he and the local residents perceive as unjust attempts to strip Tuzi of historically and geographically significant areas, particularly the neighborhoods of Kuće Rakića and others.
