Primus Bon

Primus Bon was the great-grandfather of Reto Candrian and the founder of the Candrian Group's legacy in the Swiss hospitality industry. He established the family’s presence at Zurich’s main train station in 1923 by taking over the lease of the Bahnhofbuffet, setting the foundation for what would become a multi-generational family business known for its diverse range of restaurants and hotels.
