Prince-Saxon is a 24-year-old Auckland resident living with cystic fibrosis who is making headlines for his inspiring challenge of running 12 marathons in 12 months to raise $25,000 for Cystic Fibrosis New Zealand. After starting a transformative treatment called Trikafta, he has experienced significant improvements in his health and energy levels, enabling him to pursue running as a means to push his limits and give back to the CF community that has supported him since his diagnosis.
